We want to ensure that all of our guests have the best experience possible. Please read through our cancellation policy to help you understand the guidelines and requirements when booking with Jervis Bay Kayaks and Paddlesports.

1. Cancellation by the Guest

  • More than 72 Hours Before Tour: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking time will receive a full refund, minus a small processing fee.
  • Less than 72 Hours Before Tour: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking will not be refunded. However, we are happy to reschedule your tour for a later date, subject to availability.
  • No-Show: If you do not show up for your booking and do not provide any prior notice, you will forfeit the entire cost of your reservation.
  • Weather-Related Cancellations: If we cancel the booking due to adverse weather conditions (e.g., storms, high winds, or other safety concerns), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.

2. Cancellation by the Company

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or issues with equipment. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for another time, subject to availability.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling more than 72 Hours Before Tour: If you need to reschedule your tour more than 72 hours in advance, we will do so without any additional fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within 72 Hours: If you need to reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled tour, a rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Group Bookings & Private Tours

  • For group bookings or private tours, a minimum notice of 7 days is required for any cancellations or changes to the reservation to receive a full refund. If a cancellation or change is made within 7 days, no refund will be issued.
  • If you need to reschedule within 7 days of your scheduled tour or booking, a rescheduling fee may apply.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
